MOA (Mobility Online)
MOA is the system used to administrate your student mobility.
MOA can be seen as your personal checklist before, during and after your exchange. Follow the steps in your workflow to ensure that you are not missing out on to-do's and deadlines.
You need to have submitted an exchange application to get access to the system.
Here's an overview of actions done in MOA:
- Apply for your exchange semester
- Receive your offered place
- Download important documents such as language and exchange certificate
- Course review and approval
- Apply for the Erasmus scholarship (if applicable)
- Create your digital Learning Agreement (for Erasmus students)
- Exchange evaluations
- Find other students
- Find pre-approved courses
MOA Portal - Information about partner universities
In the Portal you can find our latest information about the Partner Universities. There you can find e.g. Fact Sheets, course lists, semester dates and other useful information. Keep in mind that the Partner might already have a newer version so it's good to double-check the information on the Partner Universities' websites.
Application for exchange studies
Students who are eligible to apply will receive an email with an application link once the application opens.
Once you submit an application, you get access to the system and to your personal workflow.
You can see the workflow as your personal checklist, so log in there once in a while even during your semester. All important information will also be sent to your JU mail.
Students who are admitted for exchange studies, please use this link to login to your workflow.
