Södertälje 19 - 20 May 2022

Dear European Cast Iron Group Members,

After turbulent times there is time to meet again in a physical way. We leave behind two years with special conditions caused by the Covid-19. Due to these conditions the last year’s meeting held in Krakow was a one-day online meeting.


This year’s meeting is organized in the traditional two days formula. The planned two-day program of the meeting in Södertälje includes all-day presentations on Thursday, 19th of May 2022 and a visit to Scania CV AB foundry in Södertälje on Friday, 20th of May 2022.

There is planned to have a hybrid solution for Thursday with the possibility to transmit online for the ones who may not attend physically the meeting.

The final discussion will be a Round Table one where the results of the meeting will be summarized.
