  • Author visit with a crime theme

    What inspires a priest to write about murder, and what does a detective inspector truly think of the crime novel genre? You can discover the answers to these questions and more on 14 April when authors Torgny Wirén and Torbjörn Åhgren visit the library to discuss their crime novel, Döden vid Vättern. The two authors are childhood friends who chose different career paths after high school. Torgny Wirén has worked as a school and youth pastor in Jönköping, while Torbjörn Åhgren has served as a detective inspector in Gothenburg. Döden vid Vättern is their first collaborative novel.Join us in the JMW hall on Monday, 14 April, from 16:00 to 17:00. In addition to discussing their book, the authors will share exciting book recommendations—perfect for the upcoming Easter holidays!The event will be held in Swedish.
