Nominate JU’s Alumni of the Year
For the third year in a row, Jönköping University (JU) celebrates its former students by awarding the “Alumni of the Year”. The ceremony will take place on 3 October, where one alumnus/alumna from each school and Jönköping University Enterprise (JUE) will be honored. Nominate your favourite no later than 12 May.
The award will go to alumni who have made outstanding contributions in their professional role or as a private person. This contribution can, for example, be about entrepreneurship and innovation, collaboration, community involvement, or an important cultural act.

Both staff, students and the public are welcome to nominate their favourite. The award is given to alumni from the School of Health and Welfare, the School of Education and Communication, Jönköping International Business School, the School of Engineering and Jönköping University Enterprise.
Criteria taken into account:
- The alumnus/alumna must have completed an educational programme at one of the schools within JU
- The alumnus/alumna has achieved something out of the ordinary in his/her career, in a special commitment or something that is worth noting and that is connected to JU's vision. This can, for example, be about entrepreneurship and innovation, collaboration, community involvement, or an important cultural act
- The alumnus/alumna has an interest in being an ambassador for JU and a role model for current and future students
- It is meritorous if the alumnus/alumna has been involved in JU's activities or the Student Union during their studies
