  • Broad cooperation in Tianjin


    In October, Jan Mårtensson visited China and Tianjin Medical University for the seventh time. Together with colleagues, he discussed current and future student and teacher exchange, as well as research collaborations.
  • JIBS is Sweden’s first double accredited business school


    Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) at Jönköping University, is the first and, so far, only institution in Sweden to be awarded the quality accreditation by AACSB. In March this year, JIBS received the EQUIS accreditation, which means that JIBS places itself among the top 0.1 % business schools in the world, and as the only double accredited by EQUIS and AACSB business school in Sweden.

    During the holidays some of the activities and businesses on campus have irregular opening hours. All departments at JU are closed 23/12.

    On Thursday 17 December, Roy Andersson will hold his docent lecture about the strategies of successful resilient businesses and organizations.

    His photos of the tree in Huskvarna have made great success on Instagram. The photographer Patrik Svedberg will visit Jönköping University on December 16, to talk about his successful Instagram account “The Broccoli Tree”
  • Contracts signed for joint PhD programme


    On 2 December, final decisions were made and contracts signed for a unique new joint PhD programme in Management between Jönköping International Business School and four leading East African universities.
  • Radio K broadcasts and collects money for Musikhjälpen


    As Radio Sweden launches its yearly charity event Musikhjälpen, the student association Radio K will broadcast around the clock from the radio studio at School of Education and Communication from 15 to 16 December.
