Biografi

Patrik Haraldsson arbetar som verksamhetsutvecklare på Arbetsmiljöenheten, som är inbyggd företagshälsa (FHV) i Region Jönköpings län. Våren 2020 slutförde Patrik en mastersutbildning med inriktning mot arbetsmiljö och hälsa vid Lunds universitet. Sedan januari 2021 är han inskriven som doktorand på Jönköping University.

Forskning

Fokus i Patriks forskning är Strukturerad Multidisciplinär Arbetsmiljökartläggning (SMAK). SMAK är en FHV metod för stöd i systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete som utvecklats i Region Jönköpings län. Forskningen syftar till att säkerställa god kvalitet i metoden samt att utvärdera hur arbete med SMAK metoden kan påverka arbetsmiljön i sjukvården.

Preliminär titel på avhandlingen är "The Structured Multidisciplinary Work Evaluation Tool. -The development of an Occupational Health Service method and evaluation of its applicability in hospital settings". Huvudhandledare är Kristina Areskoug Josefsson, Professor vid Högskolan Väst. Bihandledare är Dirk Jonker PhD och Axel Ros Docent, båda knutna till Jönköping University.
