Det övergripande syftet är att utveckla förståelsen av samarbetet inom kliniska mikrosystem i vård och omsorg, med fokus på brukares och professionellas uppfattningar och konstruktioner av samarbete. Den första delstudien syftade till att undersöka hur medlemmar i multiprofessionella vårdteam talar om sitt team. Den andra delstudien syftade till att identifiera och beskriva svårigheter som hälsoprofessioner uppfattat vid interprofessionellt teamarbete. Avsikten var även att möjliggöra en diskussion om implikationer för interprofessionellt lärande. I kommande delstudier riktas intresset mot hur brukare, anhöriga och professionella uppfattar brukarinvolvering i team och mikrosystemet på enheter där det finns ett uttalat brukarfokus. Studierna genomförs inom ramen för forskningsprogrammet Bridging the Gaps.
