The seminar will discuss the forces reshaping their business models and how these pressures push dealers to rethink how they will continue to create and capture value. Based on the study of Italian dealerships, the research outlines several key challenges threatening the traditional model and maps out possible paths for business model innovation.

About the speaker:
Andrea Sabatini, Ph.D., is a Researcher at the Department of Management (Faculty of Economics) at the Polytechnic University of Marche. His research focuses on B2B marketing relationships, technological innovation, and business models of SMEs.
