<p><!-- x-tinymce/html -->Welcome to a seminar where Elke Loeffler* shares her experiences of how co-production can strengthen quality, participation, and innovation in welfare systems. The starting point is the book Co-Production of Public Services and Outcomes, in which Elke uses international case studies and evidence-based research to show how users, employees, and society can work together to develop better healthcare and welfare services.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The seminar is aimed at researchers and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of how co-production can be translated into practice, leadership, and research.</p><p><br />*Elke Loeffler is Director of the Institute of Local Government Studies at the University of Birmingham in the UK and has expertise in the co-production of public services, particularly in health and social care. She combines research and practical experience from international case studies and service development with users and citizens.
