Keynote by Professor Martin Hyde, School of Business, University of Leicester, UK on Beyond the silver economy: Critical reflections on productive ageing and extended working lives

Drawing on insights from critical gerontology, it interrogates the assumptions underpinning later-life work, highlighting issues of inequality, agency, and the commodification of older age.
