Petter Björkebäck

JIBS Practitioner-in-residence

Petter is the CEO and founder of Village, Smålands´ People & Culture Partner, and has 20 years of experience as a manager and leader in various roles in business and academia. Recently, he has led a variety of strategic initiatives within the field of People, Culture & Sustainability globally at Inter IKEA Group. Petter has also been a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre of Global Human Resources Management at Gothenburg University and is a member of the Advisory Board of Jönköping International Business School (JIBS).

Petter is the first practitioner-in-residence at JIBS, a new concept of mutual learning, bringing the practitioners' perspective closer to the research milieu, with the ambition to make research more societally relevant.
