Franziska Müller Tiberini has 20 years of professional experience in accompanying family members and families with their businesses through the generational transition. For more than 15 years she worked in the family-owned company in the electrical industry, among others as CEO.
In 2000 she founded her own company familienunternehmen.ch.
She is a successful speaker at universities, technical colleges and institutes and at events in the DACH region. Her main topics are family council, organization and communication/conflict resolution.
She is a member of the board of directors, in family owned businesses, accompanies start-ups and is active as a business angel (including non-profit). Since May 2020 she is president of the Swiss Mediation Association (SDM).
